About Sunrise Homecare
The journey of Sunrise Home Care began with a personal passion and a wealth of experience.
After years of working in both hands-on and senior leadership roles within some of the UK's most respected care organisations, I witnessed a recurring gap in the system. Families were often overwhelmed—not just by the need to find care, but by the challenge of finding someone right. Someone who matched their loved one's personality, values, and unique care needs.
Time and again, I saw brilliant carers struggling to find clients who appreciated their style of support, and clients settling for care that didn’t feel quite personal enough. I knew there had to be a better way.
That’s why I launched my own live-in care introductory agency—to bridge that gap. To create a more thoughtful and human-centred approach to matching self-employed carers with clients across the UK.
My goal was simple: to take everything I’ve learned—my passion for quality care, my cultural insight, and my years of management experience—and channel it into something that makes a real difference for both carers and the people they support.
